Just wanted to say thanks or you help and your genuine interest in helping me get what I wanted for my truck. I had fully intended to buy from Circuit City and after talking to them and talking to you, it wan night and day as far as customer service and your interest in helping me and answering my questions. It did cost me more to shop with you but I believe it was money well spent. Circuit City showed me that they are there simply to earn their paycheck and I can only imagine what the job would have looked like when they were finished. I love my sound system, alarm, and radar detector and I am glad I decided to shop with you rather than Circuit City. Thanks so much for your help Chad!

Thanks for your awesome installation of my new system, radar and alarm. The job looks great!! Also, thanks for taking the time to "install" my radar detector. You could have simply told me it wouldn't fit where I wanted it but you took the time to make it fit. Thanks so much for the great job! I sincerely appreciate everything you did!

mail today and I must say that in today's society it means a great deal that you take the time out of your day to do this. I also wanted to add that the reason I choose to go with your company is because of last Christmas and the way you handled the situation. I was very impressed and there was no competition with your company. The thank you address the personal truth that you don't get from the big companies and I have been in this town all my life so I wanted to just let you know that A:) Your employees were very helpful and informative and didn't try to sell the extra crap that I didn't need and B:) They were very polite and professional. Anyways, I am sure most of the time you get the negative news about the business I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate the time you and your employees took to help me and there is no doubt that you have gained a customer for life. I recently went to the Melbourne store looking for an additional siren for my alarm. The 2 guys who helped me were a big help. I guess one of their names was Dave (shows that name on the receipt) but I didn't get the other's name. The showroom looked great too! The website looks good, I like the picture gallery, but there isn't too many on there. It's kinda cool looking at the install people getting work done that I will never be able to afford. Anyways, keep up the great work! I'll definitely be going back with HiTechHiFi again. - Chris
